Shipping policy

We understand that receiving your order in a timely manner and being able to return items easily are important to you. Our goal is to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Below is a detailed breakdown of our shipping and returns policy.

Shipping

We're happy to offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Your order will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and will arrive within 5-8 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that this timeframe does not include weekends or federal holidays.

Returns

We offer free returns on all eligible items. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns on items that are damaged, soiled, or altered.

How to Initiate a Return

  • To start a return, please contact our customer support team at alexandria@alexandrisscott.com and provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid USPS shipping label via email.

  • Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging, attach the provided shipping label, and drop the package off at any USPS location.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
